The annual assessments for the Westminster Place Association are due by May 1st. Assessments cover the costs of maintenance of the street (salting, snow removal, leaf removal, repaving), curbs, trees (fertilizing, pruning, removal, replacement), and monuments (lighting, landscaping, seasonal decoration), as well as part of the cost of social activities. The annual assessment is $400 per household.

When you receive your assessment notice, you will also receive an emergency contact form and a neighborhood volunteer form. Please complete both and return with your assessment to Vander Corliss.
