SAVE THE DATE:The Annual WPA Winter Party will take place on Sunday, March 1st, from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the home of Lisa and Daniel Jaouiche, 5095 Westminster.  An evite was sent to one e-mail address at each household.  The winter party is always a good time.   Please try to attend.

The Westminster/Lake Special Business District has employed a new security provider, The City’s Finest. The City’s Finest are off-duty St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department personnel who are very familiar with our neighborhood.  The City’s Finest will begin their patrols Thursday, January 15th.

The City’s Finest practice targeted patrols so their schedule will vary daily.  Patrols are based on trends/patterns seen throughout the CWE, and are scheduled by our NSI Director, James Partee.

Always call 911 if you suspect criminal activity or intent.  The City’s Finest are equipped with STLMPD radios and will respond where appropriate.

Our Westminster Place representatives to the Westminster/Lake Special Business District are Christina Bennett, Gina Heagney, and Les Wright.

The Board of Trustees met on January 12 with new members Terrie Robbins and Vander Corliss joining Al Babusis, Christina Bennett, Charlie Kindleberger, Jim Tobin, and Gregg Williamson.  Responsibilities are:  Gregg Williamson, President and Street Committee Chair; Terrie Robbins, Vice-President, and assisting with Streets, Trees, and Social; Christina Bennett, Secretary; Vander Corliss, Treasurer; Charlie Kindelberger, Social Committee Chair; Al Babusis, Communicatons Chair; and Jim Tobin, Tree Committee Chair.

There is plenty of work to go around, so please let committee chairs know of your interests and willingness to help support the neighborhood
